General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 33hbd platform and all its associated services, websites and applications. Here, "33hbd", "we", "us" refers to the organization that owns the platform, and "user", "you" refers to any person who accesses the platform or uses its services.
By accessing our platform or completing registration, you will be considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
1.1 Applicable Law
The 33hbd platform operates primarily for the Bangladesh market. It is entirely your responsibility to comply with the local laws of the country or jurisdiction from which you are using our services. If online betting is illegal in a particular location, do not use the platform from there.
1.2 Language and Interpretation
These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of a conflict with any translated version, the Bengali version will take precedence.
Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
33hbd is for persons aged 21 and above only. Registration by any minor is strictly prohibited. We may request identity documents at any time to verify age, and accounts will be closed if false information is provided.
2.2 Registration Requirements
- Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be completely true, accurate and up to date.
- You must use your own name and payment method when registering an account; third-party information may not be used.
- Use of artificial intelligence, bots or automated software during registration is prohibited.
- 33hbd reserves the right to reject any registration application without stating a reason.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
In accordance with prevailing financial regulations in Bangladesh, we may request a National ID (NID), passport or other identity documents for large withdrawals or suspicious activity. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. Follow the security rules below strictly:
- Do not share your password with any third party.
- Notify us immediately of any suspicious login or unauthorized access.
- Avoid logging in from public or shared computers.
- Giving third-party access to your account is prohibited; the user is responsible for any loss resulting from this.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Payment Methods
33hbd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements
- Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The account name and payment account name must match.
- In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be put on hold until additional verification is completed.
- Withdrawal is not permitted before deposited funds have been wagered at least once.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users can receive a 100% match bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x) the bonus amount.
- The bonus applies only to the first deposit of a newly registered account.
- While the bonus is active, deposited funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Winnings earned from bonus funds are withdrawable, but only after the wagering requirement is met.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled.
5.2 VIP Cashback Program
33hbd's VIP program has 4 tiers, with weekly cashback available at each tier:

Moving up to a higher tier depends on your activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is credited every Monday at a set time (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
5.3 Promotional Terms
- Each promotion has its own validity period and terms, which are published on the promotions page.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
- 33hbd reserves the right to make changes to bonus terms and conditions.
Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
We are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment for all users on the 33hbd platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets using any software, bots, scripts or automated methods.
- Bonus abuse — such as placing low-risk bets for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements.
- Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
- Accessing another user's account or attempting to hack it.
- Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
- Harassing other users or disrupting the normal operation of the platform.
- Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities or bugs. (If such a bug is discovered, it should be reported to us immediately.)
Responsible Gambling
33hbd believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We support a culture of responsible gaming.
- Do not bet beyond your budget. Only use funds whose loss would not harm your life.
- Avoid chasing losses by placing repeated bets to recover them.
- Set your own limits — contact our support to set deposit limits, betting limits or temporary breaks.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33hbd accepts no responsibility for the following:
- Loss caused by temporary platform outages, maintenance or technical errors.
- Financial loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own actions.
- Delays or errors in the services of third-party payment providers.
- Loss caused by internet connection issues or the user's device.
Changes and Termination
10.1 Changes to Terms
33hbd reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. We will publish a notice on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after a change will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
10.2 Closing Your Account
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support. Available balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be cancelled.
10.3 Account Closure by 33hbd
- In cases of Terms violation, we may close an account without prior notice.
- Long-inactive accounts (more than 12 months) may be closed, but a notice will be sent in advance.
- If an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation, the available balance will be returned within a reasonable time.
Dispute Resolution
For any complaint or dispute, please contact our customer service team first. We will make every effort to provide a fair resolution to your complaint within 7 business days.
